iznogood dc7d1865ee Update to 3.38.1+62 ...

- Update to version 3.38.1+62:
  + data: Rename appdata to metainfo
  + Validate metainfo data with appstreamcli
  + docs: Remove reference to "default" theme
  + Updated translations.
- Switch to source service for tarball.
- Add AppStream and desktop-file-utils BuildRequires and add check
  section with meson_test macro, run tests during build.
