9c416385e5 Clarify that disabling the built-in obs-x264 plugin does not remove H.264 support, as OBS can use system FFmpeg encoders (libx264, OpenH264, etc.) when available.

Broken on Tumbleweed

Heroic successfully updated to 2.19.1.

I tested it here and it's logging into Epic and GOG normally.

Please test it and let me know if it's OK.
