in gcc13-devel. [boo#1210959]
- Require libstdc++6-devel-gcc14 from gcc14-m2 as m2 programs
are linked against libstdc++6.
- Fixup rust packaging for the rust1 to crab1 rename.
- Build rust only for openSUSE Tumbleweed.
