- update to 1.5.1:
* move to pyproject.toml
* Try to support and test more Python versions
* Catch more errors when creating PNG files

- Split out optional gdk-pixbuf module.
This avoids a lot of gtk dependencies for the main package, and
is the recommended approach by upstream.
