SELinux policy changes for a SAP installations

Intention

Provide a simple way for admins to adjust the system to allow SELinux to be in enforcing mode. Currently it also disables SELinux, so if you want to use it to set the booleans with this package and use SELinux you need to enable it again by removing "selinux=0" from the command line
