f2ad305575 - Update to version 3.6.5+git20170811.d9d8bc814a70: 
* EFL passes CFEngine 3.10.2
  * Add note for testing howto
  * Improve test output
  * Full vagrant testing
  * All tests now run in vagrant
  * Fix efl_service_recurse
  * Fix typo in efl_copy_files class
  * Tests for 3.10 beta passed
  * WIP 3.10 beta testing

d05653907d - Update 
- Most bundles now accept CSV and JSON parameter files.
  - A csvtojson conversion script.
  - Service enable and disable bundles support Systemd.
  - An extensive test suite to test new versions of EFL.
  - *.cf EFL files are now built using make to reduce development time.
  - The return_index.pl module is now replace by CFEngine's native sort
    function.
  - Better ordering of data lines.
