Yaakov Selkowitz cc5f3c5bf1 Update nodejs dependencies 
As of F44, nodejs and npm package names should not be used. File
dependencies will pull in the latest supported nodejsXX-bin and
nodejsNN-npm-bin packages which provide the unversioned commands,
while remaining compatible with earlier stable branches.
