- Update to version 3.1.6:
  - fix build issues against xfsprogs 4.2.0 headers
  - clean up worst of libhandle API abuse
  - remove all unnecessary build dependencies on xfsprogs headers

  - restore: fix 2GB directory dump limitation
  - restore: fix uuid check for incremental restore
  - dump: fix crash adding inode groups
