Bernhard Voelker 37079c08f2 doc: avoid starting sentences with an option

A sentence starting with an option looks odd:
  "... starting-points.  -maxdepth 0 means only apply ..."

* doc/find.texi (-maxdepth): Add "Using " to avoid having an option
at the start of the sentence.
(-mindepth): Likewise.
* find/find.1: Likewise.
While at it, mark the whitespace as non-breakable via '\ '.
