* bootstrap.conf (bootstrap_post_import_hook): Use gnulib-tool
--copy-file to import tests/init.sh.
* tests/init.sh: Remove file.
* tests/.gitignore (/init.sh): Add entry.
* Makefile.am (update-gnulib-to-latest): Remove handling tests/init.sh.
