* lib/modetype.h: Remove (all it does is define S_IS*).
* lib/Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Remove modetype.h.
* lib/listfile.c: Don't define S_IS* macros.
* find/pred.c: Don't include "modetype.h".
* find/parser.c: Likewise.
* find/ftsfind.c: Likewise.
* find/fstype.c: Likewise.
* find/find.c: Likewise.
