James Youngman 2629fdd269 Remove files which exist but have no translated messages.
* po/POTFILES.in: Remove dircallback.c, listfile.c.
* lib/listfile.c: Don't include libintl, since there are no
translated messages in this file.
* lib/dircallback.c: Likewise.
