- fixed required of process devel
- Modernize specfile: use ldconfig_scriptlets
- Remove idempotent %if..%endif guards
- Remove dependency from boost-extra to openmpi for 32b systems
as OpenMPI >= 5 has dropped support for 32b architectures.
- Exclude arm 32b builds for HPC flavours.
- added boost-smart-ptr.patch from upstream (bsc#1234430)

boost-devel has been split up into individual packages for simpler product management. Please stop depending explicitly on boost-devel and depend on individual boost -devel packages
