- Update to 2.10.6:
+ Fix clang build error (gh#Microsoft/cpprestsdk#844).
- Update to 2.10.5:
* Fix incorrect `cpprest/version.h`.
- Update to 2.10.4:
* Add a `.clang-format` to enable consistent formatting.
* Add support for `Host:` headers changing the checked CNAME
