Accepting request 666669 from home:mrostecki
- Add patch to not bundle dependencies as Bazel http_archives, but
rather include them as local_repositories and use their -source
packages from openSUSE as build dependencies.
* bazel-unbundle-dependencies.patch
- Update to version 20181128:
* bazel: Allow to distdir all dependencies
* travis: Update Bazel version to 0.19.2
- Initial release - 20180530
