- The following bugs were affecting SLE but not Tumbleweed:
* Fix build with openSSL 3 by removing usage of ERR_GET_FUNC, bsc#1221211
* Fix hanging in subversion by updating libserf to 1.3.10,
bsc#1224089, bsc#1222854
