Accepting request 391238 from home:mkubecek:firebird30
This is in fact an upgrade of libtommath0 package to version 1.0 but
AFAIK there is no direct way to rename a (source) package in OBS other
than submitting it as a new one. The maintainer of libtommath0 package
agreed with me doing this request rather than him.
