* Rework inline aarch64 as for setcontext
  * Fixed miscompilation of unw_getcontext() on ARM
  * Support -mbranch-protection=pac-ret on aarch64
  * Add unw_is_plt_entry() to public API (fixes FTBFS on QNX)
  * Fix signal handling for QNX aarch64
