- Unversion documentation; renames librlog5-doc -> rlog-doc. - Simplify all the doc collection with just the %doc directive. - Use SRPM name for most subpackages; renames librlog-devel -> rlog-devel. - Remove redundant configure --with-pic, this only makes sense with --enable-static. - Remove --disable-static, this is the default anyway.
