trace-events: Fix the name of the tracing.rst file The file has been converted to .rst a while ago - make sure that the references in the trace-events files are pointing to the right location now. ebpf: Added eBPF RSS loader. Added function that loads RSS eBPF program. Added stub functions for RSS eBPF loader. Added meson and configuration options. By default, eBPF feature enabled if libbpf is present in the build system. libbpf checked in configuration shell script and meson script. ebpf: improve error trace events A design pattern of trace_foo_error("descriptive string") is undesirable because it does not allow for filtering trace events based on the error scenario.
