libvhost-user: make it a meson subproject By making libvhost-user a subproject, check it builds standalone (without the global QEMU cflags etc). Note that the library still relies on QEMU include/qemu/atomic.h and linux_headers/. configure, meson: rename targetos to host_os This variable is about the host OS, not the target. It is used a lot more since the Meson conversion, but the original sin dates back to 2003.
