b6a0aa0537 x86: Clean up includes 
Clean up includes so that osdep.h is included first and headers
which it implies are not included manually.

buios linker assumes pointer parameter it gets
is within table, validate this.

09852232ee bios-linker-loader: move source to common location 
There are plans to use bios linker by MIPS, ARM.

It's only used by ACPI ATM, so put it in hw/acpi
and make it depend on CONFIG_ACPI.
