17ebc8c104 target/tricore: Implement a qemu excptions helper 
this helper is only used to raise qemu specific exceptions. We use this
helper to raise it on breakpoints.

02754acd89 target/tricore: Fix LGPL version number 
It's either "GNU *Library* General Public version 2" or "GNU Lesser
General Public version *2.1*", but there was no "version 2.0" of the
"Lesser" library. So assume that version 2.1 is meant here.

ddd7fead8c target-tricore: Added MADD.F and MSUB.F instructions 
Multiplies D[a] and D[b] and adds/subtracts the result to/from D[d].
The result is put in D[c]. All operands are floating-point numbers.

fcf5ef2ab5 Move target-* CPU file into a target/ folder 
We've currently got 18 architectures in QEMU, and thus 18 target-xxx
folders in the root folder of the QEMU source tree. More architectures
(e.g. RISC-V, AVR) are likely to be included soon, too, so the main
folder of the QEMU sources slowly gets quite overcrowded with the
target-xxx folders.
To disburden the main folder a little bit, let's move the target-xxx
folders into a dedicated target/ folder, so that target-xxx/ simply
becomes target/xxx/ instead.
