* Replace => with >=
  * Bracketing excludes
  * Replace paths using regexps instead of hardcoding (more cases covered)
  * Remove various obsolete tags from preamble Icon/Packager/...
  * Fix RPM_BUILD_ROOT replacement cornercase failure
  * Remove %doc from %_mandir paths as it is pointless to have there
