I wonder if this shouldn't be 10.2 - the 10.2.12 is not going to be "maintained" regularly by updates (it will stop seeing updates as soon as kiwi 10.2.13+ is being submitted and released). there is a floating tag "10.2" which refers to the latest "10.2.x" (as well as a "10" tag which would refer to any kiwi 10.x.y version.
I also cannot close the report because it was opened for the wrong git repo…
