Looks like md2man was never used in the build scripts, but got added in commit dc49f84dcc64940628505390a7be3394e4314482, possibly due to the script being copy/pasted from another project that does use it. While we may want to generate man-pages at some point in future, it looks like it's safe to remove for now. Signed-off-by: Sebastiaan van Stijn <github@gone.nl>
