35779581ce - Remove all %gcc_icecream mode cross-compilers and the corresponding 
icecream backend subpackages.  Instead use glibc-bootstrap only
  configs for cross-x86_64-gcc (ipxe,ovmf,qemu), cross-ppc64-gcc (qemu)
  and cross-arm-gcc (ovmf).
- Prune the use of update-alternatives from openSUSE Factory and
  SLFO.
- Adjust crosses to conflict consistently where they did not
  already and make them use unsuffixed binaries.

4e0dc5ce60 - Add gcc13-amdgcn-remove-fiji.patch removing Fiji support from

ed887cbd3a - Avoid update-alternatives dependency for accelerator crosses. 
- Package tool links to llvm in cross-amdgcn-gcc13 rather than in
  cross-amdgcn-newlib13-devel since that also has the dependence.
- Depend on llvmVER instead of llvm with VER equal to
  %product_libs_llvm_ver where available and adjust tool discovery
  accordingly.  This should also properly trigger re-builds when
  the patchlevel version of llvmVER changes, possibly changing
  the binary names we link to.  [bsc#1217450]

2967fb3cdd - Disable building glibc cross compilers on SLE based code streams, 
the required cross-glibc packages are not available there.
- Disable building avr cross on non-openSUSE code streams since
  avr-libc isn't available there.
- Disable building newlib cross compilers on non-openSUSE code streams
  since newlib isn't available there.
- Fix typo preventing s390x compiler build.
