Fridrich Strba 05cfb82749 Accepting request 1208879 from home:mbussolotto:branches:Java:packages

- Upgrade to 2.1.1 
- The binaries are compatible with java 1.8
- Use %patch -P N instead of deprecated %patchN.
- Reproducible builds: use SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH for timestamp
- Don't build javadocs on Enterprise Linux as it fails with known
  issue "error: option --module-path not allowed with target 1.8"
- Build with source and target levels 8 (jsc#SLE-23217)
- Re-enable javadoc
- Add:
  * glassfish-fastinfoset-1.2.12-utilities-FastInfosetWriterSAXBufferProcessor.patch
- Initial packaging of glassfish-fastinfoset 1.2.15
