- Upgrade to upstream version 2.0.0
  * Changes:
    + Upgrade openpdf to 1.4.1 and fix build
    + Upgrade to newest OpenPDF 2.4.0
    + Bump the version since the Java requirement increased

- Removed patch:
  * openrtf-openpdf141.patch
    + not needed with this version
