- Update to release 2.8.134
* Added MTOM referencing `href` attribute to `xop:Include`
element that was missing when XML is canonicalized with
`SOAP_XML_CANONICAL` and when the `xop:Include` element is not
actually explicitly defined in a WSDL or schema but is produced
on demand in the XML output. The `href` attribute in this
specific scenario was not recognized by XML
(re)canonicalization.
* Updated server-side XML (non-SOAP) REST handling such that the
POST plugin is not required to directly serve HTTP POST XML
REST requests just like serving SOAP/XML requests, see
samples/rest/calcrest.c for a client-server example.
* Updated HTTP digest plugin.

* Added C++17 `std::optional` member variable serialization.
* Updated wsdl2h to automatically generates `std::optional`
member variables for optional schemas when typedef.dat
defines `$OPTIONAL = std::optional`. Only primitive type
member variables are made `std::optional`, not classes,
because optional types must be defined before referenced when
in fact cyclic data structure relationships may exist among
classes.
* Added missing `std::vector<xsd__anyType>` deep copy of vector
of DOM trees generated with soapcpp2 option `-Ec`.

attributes with an unquoted value and attributes without a
value, this update rejects legacy XML-like formats such as
HTML.

missing message parts.
* Improved wsdl2h tool to handle ONVIF schemas better, notably
avoid the `final` C++ keyword clash.

This enables `xs:nillable="true"` elements corresponding to

resulting in a missing `*` pointer for `_XML __any` member

member. The bug may lead to validation errors in extensible

declaration.

file name without path or file name with path stating with
../ are considered relative locations with respect to the
current WSDL and schema that is importing, otherwise imported

wsdl2h is run (the `-I` option can be used to change that
location).
* wsdl2h: to display warnings for invalid complexType and
simpleType extensions/restrictions but generates valid code
in such cases by inference, the update also fixes a valid

- Update to new upstream release 2.8.21
* Added xs:precision and xs:scale support.
* Added support for BPEL PartnerLink and VariableProperties to
wsdl2h in support of BPEL projects.
* Added soapcpp -z2 flag for backward compatibility with to 2.7.x:
omit XML output of elements for pointers that are NULL even when
minOccurs=1 (required).
* Changed wsdl2h C++ output to always generate pass-by-reference
response parameters (disable with -z6).
* Added XML 1.1 control char encoding support.
* Added -DWITH_REPLACE_ILLEGAL_UTF8 compilation option to replace
UTF8 content that is outside the allowed range of XML 1.0.
