- Avoid double include of cpuid.h and fix older distro builds

(could be a gcc7 vs gcc14 issue).

A fix_cpuid_double_include.patch

- Only builds for x86 and as it's an Intel tool, it's probably only
|
|
|
|
|
intended to run and work on x86 machines, add:

|
|
|
ExclusiveArch: %ix86 x86_64
|
