Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
It is a new runtime requirement of kernel-default-devel, and
we don't need it for the testsuite. It is also breaking the build
as we aren't producting any binaries. (bsc#1248108)

I think the bug report is not public. The context is this this change on the kernel packaging:
e707e417d3which is part of both Factory and SLFO's latest kernel submissions (e.g. https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1300579).
