It is a new runtime requirement of kernel-default-devel, and
we don't need it for the testsuite. It is also breaking the build
as we aren't producting any binaries. (bsc#1248108)

It is a new runtime requirement of kernel-default-devel, and
we don't need it for the testsuite. It is also breaking the build
as we aren't producting any binaries. (bsc#1248108)

I think the bug report is not public. The context is this this change on the kernel packaging: e707e417d3

which is part of both Factory and SLFO's latest kernel submissions (e.g. https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1300579).

pesign-obs-integration is now pulled in by the testsuite, and then fails with:
