That name is so old, and only two packages in Factory still need it. Just fix them up by s/libSDL2-devel/pkgconfig(sdl2)/, that's the proper way to do it anyway.

This is a *-compat package anyway, so IMO it should just do compatibility.

Arguably porting to SDL3 would be the right way in that case
