The xml files are required when bootstrapping wxWindows from a git checkout.

- Install missing header added in 3.1.7, add
  0001-Add-new-wx-filedlgcustomize.h-to-the-list-of-files.patch
- Add doc generation using _multibuild
- Enable non-gui tests
