- Update to util-linux-2.26.1:
  * cal(1): do not segfault when TERM is not defined or wrong
    (bnc#903440)
  * logger(1): major fixes and enhancements
  * agetty(8): support /usr/lib/os-release too 
  * some more fixes, mostly minor ones, see ReleaseNotes
- re-enable fixed tests (fdisk/bsd, ppc64le)
