fileinfo: Add G_FILE_ATTRIBUTE_RECENT_MODIFIED attribute

Browse Source 
Add filesystem attribute to propagate time, when the metadata for the file
in "recent:///" was last changed. This attribute is needed for sorting
recent backend files in client applications.
