gobject: Fix documentation for G_VALUE_LCOPY

Browse Source 
It was previously a copy–paste of G_VALUE_COLLECT, which is wrong,
because it’s the inverse function of G_VALUE_COLLECT. Document that, so
the whole thing is a little less confusing (but by no means perfect).
