tests: Fix GDateTime tests on FreeBSD
`g_time_zone_new_identifier()` returns NULL in the FreeBSD test setup, presumably because `TZ` isn’t set. Signed-off-by: Philip Withnall <pwithnall@endlessos.org> Helps: #553
