gsignal: Add missing (scope forever) annotations
Signals (as opposed to signal connections) can never be unregistered, so these closures have to be around forever. Fixes some g-ir-scanner warnings. Signed-off-by: Philip Withnall <pwithnall@gnome.org> Helps: #3037
