Add g_signal_accumulator_true_handled(), to do TRUE-stops-emit signals.

        * gsignal.[ch]: Add g_signal_accumulator_true_handled(), to
        do TRUE-stops-emit signals.

        * Makefile.am: Move testoverride.c and testifaceinit.c to
        tests/gobject.
