build: Drop gconstructor_as_data_h usage from glib-compile-schemas

The variable `gconstructor_code` (which is what’s defined by
`gconstructor_as_data_h`) is not used at all inside
`glib-compile-schemas`.

This looks like a copy/paste error from the build definition for
`glib-compile-resources` below, which does need it.
