gparam: Add G_PARAM_READWRITE to GParamFlags
Using a #define for an enumeration value buys us nothing, and it's mostly historical baggage that makes binding GObject needlessly complicated. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=726037
