	* configure.in, config.h.win32.in, glib/gthread.c: Removed the PID
	niceness surrogate for thread priorities as requested by Tim. It
	does more harm than good.

        * glib/tmpl/threads.sgml: Updated to reflect removal of the PID
	niceness surrogate for thread priorities.
