	* Makefile.am, gthread/Makefile.am, gmodule/Makefile.am,
	tests/Makefile.am: Added various win32 related *.in files to
	EXTRA_DIST to let 'make distcheck' procude all the corresponding
	files, which it silently fails to do currently.
