GIO/tests: skip test_resources_binary on MIPS platform

Browse Source 
There are some flavors of MIPS ABIs, such like r6 vs legacy,
nan2008 vs nan1985 etc.

The `cc -r` may not produce the correct elf binaries.
So let's skip this test for MIPS.
