gmain: drop redundant using_pidfd field from GChildWatchSource

It's redundant, which leads to impossible code like:

   if (child_watch_source->using_pidfd)
     {
       if (child_watch_source->poll.fd >= 0)
         close (child_watch_source->poll.fd);
