        it maybe IN_CALL already.

        * glib.h:
        * ghook.c: renamed GHook.id to GHook.hook_id so we don't get troubles
        with ObjC which reserves "id" as a keyword (Raja R Harinath
        <harinath@cs.umn.edu>).
