tests: Enable GDBus debug for a number of unreliable tests
...
As those tests keep failing in the CI, enable GDBus debugging to catch
some debug leads when the problems happen.

Remove g_type_init() calls
...
Very many testcases, some GLib tools (resource compiler, etc) and
GApplication were calling g_type_init().
Remove those uses, as they are no longer required.
