To avoid adding a large block of macros to gdbusprivate.h, I've only
added a subset of the well-known error names. I chose to draw the
line by adding constants for the errors emitted via their string names
in GDBusConnection, but not for error names that are only mentioned
in `gdbuserror.c` or in tests.

Adding it all to the docs for the `GDBusError` enum seemed a bit much,
so I moved it to its own content page.

Add SPDX license (but not copyright) headers to all files which follow a
certain pattern in their existing non-machine-readable header comment.

This commit only looks at the `Returns:` lines in the documentation, and
has examined all of them in the file. Function arguments have not been
checked.

This should introduce no API changes. The
`g_dbus_error_register_error_domain()` function still (incorrectly) has
a `volatile` argument, but dropping that qualifier would be an API
break.

If we have an input parameter (or return value) we need to use (nullable).
However, if it is an (inout) or (out) parameter, (optional) is sufficient.
It looks like (nullable) could be used for everything according to the
Annotation documentation, but (optional) is more specific.
Add G_DBUS_ERROR codes for:
* org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownObject
* org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownInterface
* org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownProperty
* org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.PropertyReadOnly
These were discussed on the dbus mailing list
and introduced in the following libdbus commit:

Since we are no longer using sgml mode, using /* */ to
escape block comments inside examples does not work anymore.
Switch to using line comments with //
Lots of people been suggesting this. We still use MethodInvocation /
method_invocation for handling incoming method calls so use call()
instead of invoke_method() helps to separate the client and server
facilities. Which is a good thing(tm).
Things compile and the test-suite passes. Still need to hook up
gio.symbols and docs. There are still a bunch of TODOs left in the
sources that needs to be addressed.
