	when using the MSVCRT.DLL runtime since we know the answer anyway
	and it causes some mild inconvience when cross compiling.

	* docs/reference/glib/cross.sgml: MinGW uses MSVCRT.DLL which
	requires %I64i instead of %lli. (#161306)
